I have a big massive headache right now. It does not feel well right now

Migraine headaches: Food causes

Common triggers that may cause migraine headaches include alcoholic beverages, artificial sweeteners such as aspartame and sucralose, processed meats like hot dogs, bacon and sausage — and citrus fruits, coffee and some teas
Sugary foods nuts, hard cheeses, wine and alcohol are very common triggers.

When the diet is adjusted the migraines disappear in a few days.

Here are some scriptures you can stand on for your healing:​

James 5:13-15 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms

14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.​

Proverbs 17:22 tells us, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Stay happy and your body will begin to heal itself/ Keep anger, fear and frustration out of your thoughts as they can cause health problems.
