I have a 4 year old son named Nolan and a 2 1/2 year old daughter named Madalynn who have some serious issues with sleep. They cannot sleep through the night, they are very restless, they wake up scared, crying and end up in my bed every night. I have a new baby coming this January and I cannot have these 2 children in my bed and awake half the night with a newborn in my home. Nolan is now on prescription sleeping pills and they aren't working the way they should be. I don't want my children on medication the rest of their lives.
