Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and hope, lifting up ### from ###, ###. Lord, we thank You for the step of faith taken in water baptism back in January ###. Your Word says in John 14:26, "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you." We ask that You fill ### with the Holy Spirit, that the Helper may come and dwell within, bringing peace, wisdom, and guidance.
Lord, we also bring ###'s family before You. In Romans 10:1, Paul expresses his heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel, that they might be saved. Similarly, we pray for ###'s family, that their hearts may be opened to the truth of Your love and salvation. May they come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and follow in the step of baptism.
Father, Your Word in 1 Corinthians 12:13 tells us, "For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit." We pray for unity and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon ### and the family, that they may be one in Christ.
Lord, we trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan. Strengthen ###'s faith and patience as we await the fulfillment of these prayers. May Your will be done in ###’s life and in the lives of the family members.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
