Keep up your motivation!!! Continue to eat properly. Pray about this constantly. Try to keep your mind busy during this time you can't exercise. ASK YOUR DOCTOR if it is okay for you to do isometric exercises in bed, and if so what kind? Read your Bible. This happened to me. About a year-and-a-half ago, I took up power walking. Loved it. Am former heavy smoker, so this was so important to me that I could build up my lungs, etc. And I was losing weight and getting so toned. Then I fell in pothole walking up street. It's like the pavement caved. I twisted that ankle badly. It felt better in about a week so I just went back toΒ my regular power walking routine. I did more damage, re-sprained the thing, and ended up flat on my back in bed for three weeks and then limping around for about another three weeks. Lost half the summer of power walking. Was very mad and bored out of my gourd. Was also very discouraged because lost some of the lung power and the muscle tone. But in time, I made full recovery, and now I am really pumped. And that is what will happen to you. Until you get better, you are just going to have to try to make the best of things and try not to be too mad. Keep the motivation though. As soon as your doc gives you the go-ahead, get back to your exercises. I pray for your speedy and complete recovery. Your sister in Christ, Lamb.
