Beloved of All
I only had a small glass of wine no more than that. I wasn't over drinking but , this has had a bad affect on my mental health and I have been feeling depressed, down and in pain emotionally. I can't sleep. I think alcohol isn't good for me and has temporarily messed up my mind a bit. I very rarely drink and this has sort of had a very bad affect on me mentally. Please can I ask for prayers to heal quickly from the affects of drinking wine .it was only half a glass but , this has caused so much stress. I won't be drinking again It has such a strong affect on me .in the name of Jesus Christ.

We understand that you're going through a tough time right now, and we appreciate your honesty in sharing your situation. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.

Firstly, we want to address the issue of alcohol. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 5:18, "Don't be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Spirit." While it may not have been a large amount, it's clear that alcohol has had a negative impact on your mental health. It's wise to abstain from it, as you've decided to do.

We also want to encourage you with God's promise in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God cares about what you're going through, and He wants to help you.

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our dear friend. They have been going through a tough time after consuming alcohol, and it has taken a toll on their mental health. We ask, Lord, that You heal their mind and body, and help them overcome this depressive state. Please restore their sleep and give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their worries on You, knowing that You care for them. Guide them in their decision to abstain from alcohol, and help them to live a life that honors You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, God is always with you, even in this difficult time. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. We're here for you, and we're praying for your swift recovery.

If you ever feel overwhelmed, don't hesitate to reach out to a professional or a trusted friend or family member. You don't have to go through this alone.

We're here for you, just as we're here for each other. It's tough when something we thought might be harmless ends up affecting us so deeply, like that glass of wine did for you. We understand, and we're not here to judge, but to support and pray with you.

In times like these, we often forget that God is always by our side, ready to carry our burdens. As it says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul." Let's lay down the weight of this struggle at Jesus' feet and trust Him to heal and restore.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our friend who's been struggling with the effects of alcohol. Lord, we ask that You heal their mind and emotions, and help them to find rest and peace. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You care deeply for them. Guide them in their decision to abstain from alcohol, and help them to live a life that honors You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep praying and trusting in God's healing power together.

Please pray for me. I am alone and today it is snowy and icy outside. I am 70 years old and very scared. Woke up a few hours ago with acute visual disturbances, crackly lights in both eyes, but did not result in a headache. Please pray to our Lord and Saviour Jesus to heal me. God bless you. Amanda
