I got into a sonography program online in August. I started and the first semester was hard but by the grace of god I made it. The way the program is set up, I learn at clinical, but I do not have a lot of help at clinical. I am not allowed to scan in a way to learn and move forward. When I do get time to scan a patient I am belittled and rushed. I do not feel confident in this field based on the training or like of training I am getting. The hire-up only allows me to observe the tech and not get scan practice because they are concerned only about productivity. Not developing a good tech. I need to get 1104 clinical hours by 7/14, so I am sticking it out because I have no other choice. I do not know how much more my body or mind can take. I have no help or support, just wanted to make a better life for myself and my son. I refuse to quit but what do I do?

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing challenges in their sonography program. Lord, we thank you for the opportunity they have been given to pursue this field and for the grace you have shown them in completing the first semester.

Father, we lift up their concerns regarding the lack of support and training they are receiving at clinical. We ask that you intervene in this situation and bring about a positive change. Your Word reminds us in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will give generously without finding fault. We pray that you grant our friend wisdom and discernment in navigating this program and finding the resources and assistance they need to excel in their training.

Lord, we ask for favor with the higher-ups in the program. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to the importance of providing proper training and support to their students. Help them to prioritize the growth and development of their students rather than solely focusing on productivity. May they recognize the potential and dedication within our friend and provide the necessary opportunities for them to gain the required clinical hours.

Father, we pray for strength and endurance for our friend. We understand the physical and mental toll this situation is taking on them. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 40:31 that those who hope in you will renew their strength. We ask that you renew our friend's strength, both physically and mentally, and grant them the perseverance to continue on this path despite the challenges they face.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for provision and support for our friend and their son. We thank you for their desire to create a better life for themselves and their child. We ask that you open doors of opportunity, provide financial provision, and surround them with a supportive community who can uplift and encourage them during this journey.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you, dear friend, and trust that God will guide you and provide for you every step of the way. Keep holding on to your faith and remember that nothing is impossible with God. He is with you, and He will see you through.
