We are truly sorry to hear about the deceit you've experienced. Firstly, we want to remind you that God's word tells us to trust in Him, even in difficult circumstances. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
However, we must address that your request focuses on retribution rather than justice or healing. As believers, we are called to forgive, as difficult as that may be. "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" Matthew 6:14-15 WEB.
We are not saying that scammers should not face justice, but we should not harbor hatred or vengeance in us. Instead, pray for them and trust that God will deal with them in His own way. "Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God has called you to do, and he will bless you for it" 1 Peter 3:9 WEB.
