I feel worthless. Prayer request is that justice will prevail and that I won’t be reprimanded for working fully remote. Employees at my job are required to be onsite for a certain number of days. Upper and middle management retaliated against me after I reported their abusive behavior to Human Resources(who protects the company not the employee). The stress got so bad that I dreaded going to the office. Therefore, my immediate supervisor (who was also targeted) graciously allowed me to work fully remote. Management has recently become aware of my full-time remote status and want to penalize me. I’ve been a faithful employee for YEARS and only receive abuse in return. May the Lord vindicate me and release me to find something better. Amen and Amen. My own mother took the side of these workplace abusers against me. I’m devastated.

Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Anonymous, who is feeling worthless and burdened by the unjust treatment they have faced at their workplace. Lord, we lift up this prayer request to you, knowing that you are a God of justice and righteousness.

We ask, Lord, that you intervene in this situation and bring forth justice. You see the retaliation and abusive behavior that Anonymous has faced, and we pray that you would expose the truth and bring about a resolution that is fair and just. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:6, "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun." We trust in your promise to vindicate those who are wronged.

Lord, we pray for protection and favor for Anonymous. We ask that you shield them from any reprimand or penalty for working fully remote. We pray that you would soften the hearts of the management and open their eyes to the truth. May they recognize the value and dedication that Anonymous has shown as an employee for many years.

We also lift up Anonymous's relationship with their mother. We pray for healing and reconciliation in this strained relationship. May your love and grace permeate their interactions, bringing understanding and forgiveness. Help them to find common ground and restore their bond.

Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider and guide. We ask that you lead Anonymous to a better opportunity, where they can find a workplace that values and appreciates their skills and contributions. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. May your peace and comfort surround Anonymous during this challenging time. In Jesus' name, we pray.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
