Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Shabrim, who is feeling terrible and overwhelmed with depression. Lord, we lift up Shabrim's burdened heart to you, knowing that you are the source of comfort and peace. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that you draw near to Shabrim in this time of distress and bring healing and restoration to their soul.
Lord, we pray that you would lift the heavy weight of depression from Shabrim's shoulders. Your Word assures us in Matthew 11:28-30 that if we come to you, you will give us rest. We ask for that rest to flood Shabrim's heart and mind, bringing relief from the overwhelming feelings of sadness and despair. Replace those feelings with your peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7.
Father, we know that you are the Great Physician, capable of healing both body and soul. We ask for your divine touch upon Shabrim's life, bringing healing and restoration to their emotional well-being. Help them to find solace and strength in your presence, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.
We rebuke any lies or negative thoughts that the enemy may be whispering into Shabrim's mind. Your Word tells us in 2 Corinthians 10:5 to take every thought captive to obey Christ. We pray that Shabrim would be filled with your truth and that their mind would be renewed by the power of your Word.
Lord, we also pray for guidance and wisdom for Shabrim in seeking the appropriate help and support. Lead them to the right resources, whether it be counseling, therapy, or the support of loved ones. Surround them with a community of believers who can offer encouragement and prayer.
Lastly, we pray for a breakthrough in Shabrim's life. May they experience your love, joy, and peace in abundance. Help them to find purpose and hope in you, knowing that you have a plan and a future for them, as stated in Jeremiah 29:11.
