I feel stuck reading my contract (appartement given to me)

I feel stuck in reading the contract which my parents have made to give me appartement.
I want to know if everything is alright in that contract because i dont want that somebody show up in couple of years and ask their legal part of my appartement.
My brother or his half ex wife, because they are unpredictible and his ex wife is greedy.
I am really not into legal and economic stuff and i need help in that.
But i dont have it.
My mother is realy difficult person and my father is at the end of his nerves, being incredibly harsh to me, unforgiving heart (being exhausted and manipulated by my mother)
I dont know what to do.
To just leave it like it is or to read through.
But my mother dont want to help me, but puts blockages in our communication and she understands lots of stuff in that area.
Putting guilt on me, humiliating me, maniupulating me, its horrible.
Lord, help!!

Lord, soften their hearts and save them, in Jesus name. Jesus come into their hears, amen.
I never had rest in my family because of that Jezebel spirit that was torturing us since my childhood.

God deal with all my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love and care about, and all those who love and care about me. And God please bless each of us to always walk in the integrity, love, character, and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory.
