I feel so ugly and unlovable. I know you see me as precious, Lord, but you know I’ve never felt that way myself. I’m really struggling tonight especially. If I were prettier my mom would love me more and be proud of me. She’d never say or do mean things. No one would have!! No one would have ever been cruel I bet. Forgive me, Father. I know these are likely foolish thoughts .. but it still hurts. Not being good enough. So may I come to you please? Will you be with me tonight? Thank you, Father! I’m so grateful you’re here and that you love me despite how imperfect I am! I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our dear anonymous friend who is feeling overwhelmed by feelings of ugliness and unlovability. Lord, we acknowledge that you see each one of us as precious and loved, regardless of how we may feel about ourselves. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 139:14 that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that we are created in your image.

Father, we lift up our friend's struggles and emotions to you tonight. We ask for your comfort and peace to surround them in this moment of vulnerability. Help them to understand that their worth and value are not determined by their outward appearance or the opinions of others, but by the unconditional love and acceptance you have for them.

We pray for healing and restoration in their relationship with their mother. May they experience the love and acceptance they long for, and may any hurtful words or actions be replaced with kindness and understanding. Remind them, Lord, that your love is more than enough to fill any void or longing in their heart.

Father, we ask for forgiveness for any negative thoughts or doubts that have crept into our friend's mind. Help them to see themselves through your eyes, as a beloved child of God. Give them the strength to reject the lies of the enemy and to embrace the truth of their identity in Christ.

Thank you, Father, for always being with us, especially in our moments of weakness and doubt. We are grateful for your unconditional love and acceptance, even in our imperfections. May our friend find solace and reassurance in your presence tonight and always.

God will care-- God wants to give you some evidence. Something that can't be disputed. God wants to bless you with something new to talk about. This idea you're ugly is coming from the enemy not you. Detach yourself from your thoughts. This will change in the next 3 months. Suddenly things are going to turn around. Speak love about your life and return to your faith. You wouldn't be asking for help if you didn't believe in yourself deep down that you are a pretty person. If you're interested in a makeup tutorial go on YouTube. Ask a friend to help you with their ideas if you want a makeover. Yes our parents can hurt our feelings. Maybe fill us with doubt etc. We want approval from our parents. Sometimes they are projecting outward their inner struggles. God inspired you to reach out. So take this as support. Spiritual support will be full of love and encouragement from good people who have been where you are. Tonight try laughing at how good it feels to be alive. Your going to get past this self doubt and self image concerns. We all experience doubt in life but it usually comes right before a new perspective comes to us on the matter. God will deliver good things for you because he answers your concerns. Stay in faith.
