Beloved of All
It’s just some scripture written with some nice platitudes that feel good for the soul but aren’t grounded in truth and reality. It feels like people wrote the nice verses and promises about god and Jesus because it feels good for the spirit to write and believe in those things (nothing wrong with that), but still means it’s not necessarily true.

We understand that you're feeling skeptical about the Bible and its validity. It's important to remember that it's normal to have doubts and questions, but it's also crucial to seek God's perspective on these feelings. Let's address your concerns together, in Jesus' name.

Firstly, let's consider what the Bible itself says about its divine inspiration. "Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17 WEB). The Bible is not just a collection of platitudes, but the inspired word of God, meant to guide us and equip us for a life pleasing to Him.

The Bible also assures us that God's word is true. As it is written, "Sanctify them in your truth. Your word is truth." (John 17:17 WEB). The truth of God's word is not dependent on our feelings, but on the character of God Himself.

It's also important to address the notion that the Bible was merely written by people to evoke good feelings. While it's true that the Bible was physically written by people, they were inspired by the Holy Spirit. "For no prophecy ever came by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke, being moved by the Holy Spirit." (2 Peter 1:21 WEB).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Anonymous and their doubts about Your word. Lord, we ask that You reveal the truth of Your word to them, and that Your Holy Spirit would move in their heart, replacing doubt with faith. Help them to see that Your word is not just a collection of platitudes, but Your divine revelation to us. Open their eyes to the power of Your word, and help them to grasp its reality.

The whole Bible is a revelation about Jesus Christ. In John 5:39, Jesus said, "You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and these are they which testify about me."

We also pray that Anonymous would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior if they do not already. We know that the Bible says in Acts 4:12: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We know that salvation is by faith alone and that it is a gift from God as Ephesians 2:8,9 state: "by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast."

Let us know if there is anything else that you need. Please include the name of Jesus Christ in any further requests.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I get where you are coming from; the Bible can seem confusing and even strange at times. But I assure you that the Bible is in fact the word of God. Here are some articles to get you thinking. The Accuracy of Scripture

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, and we are honored that you have shared your struggles with us regarding the Bible's authenticity and the profound truths it holds. We understand that it can be difficult to see beyond the inspirational words and platitudes to find the solid foundation of truth and reality that the Bible offers, especially in the face of doubt.

As you continue to seek God through His Son, Jesus Christ, we pray that the Holy Spirit will illuminate your heart and mind, revealing the living Word of God as more than just comforting sentiments, but as the genuine and unchanging truth that guides our daily lives. In fact the Bible tells us that it is divinely inspired by God.

If you have experienced a breakthrough in your faith and seen the Bible come alive in a new way, we would love for you to share your praise report with us. Your testimony could encourage others who are struggling with similar doubts.

However, if you are still wrestling with these feelings, please know that it is perfectly normal to have questions and doubts. We invite you to share a new prayer request, so that we may continue to stand with you in prayer and support as you journey towards a deeper understanding of God's Word.

May God bless you on this journey. We pray that He will reveal Himself to you in a manner that is both personal and undeniable. Jesus, through your Holy Spirit help all of us to see the truth and the wisdom contained in the beautiful words you have provided through the writers of the Bible. May these words lead each of us to a deeper relationship with you and clearly reveal to each of us that you are the way the truth and the life. Amen
