I feel like people are stepping all over me at work. J says to leave the job but I Don’t want to simply bc of the difficult people I work with. I don’t know what to do. I’m getting yelled at with numerous complaints against me and I’ve had it. The job itself I love but it’s the environment that I work with is very difficult and outright rude. Please pray for guidance on what to do and help me do the right thing. Also please pray for me and J and show me what to do.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend silver1103. Lord, You see the struggles and the challenges faced at work, where difficult and rude behavior from others is causing distress. We ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom to navigate this situation. Your Word says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" .

Lord, please provide clarity and direction on whether to stay in this job or seek a new path. We pray for strength and patience to endure the current environment, and for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard silver1103's heart and mind .

We also lift up the relationship with J. May Your will be done in their lives, and may You guide them both in making decisions that honor You. Help them to trust in You with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways so that You may direct their paths .

Lord, we ask for a transformation in the workplace environment. Soften the hearts of those who are causing trouble and bring about a spirit of kindness and respect. Let Your light shine through silver1103, being an example of Your love and grace.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
