I feel like my life is falling apart.. I am exhausted, I want to give up but I know that's not the answer. My pets are sick, my car is falling apart ... I may have to declare bankruptcy, I have no hope. I just want to be ok.. Please dear God help me get out of the mess... please dear God help me afford the vet bills, Please dear God help heal my pain..
