I feel like I’ve been visited by an incubus

More specifically, my psychiatrist. I had these vivid sexual dreams about them (there’s no way my mind could have come up with this stuff as I’m a virgin) several times. The first time I felt them and was disgustingly aroused in my privates like I never was before (again I’ve never engaged in sexual inter course so this is all new). Felt theire presence when taking a shower and a nap on the couch. Felt them again like they touched my hand, a welcoming presence and like they wanted to impregnate me. This has happened with another man also. How can one have sex in the spiritual realm? Are sex demons real? What does it mean and how to protect yourself from it?

The Bible is clear that sexual immorality is a sin against our own bodies and against God Ephesians 5:3, Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. While the Bible doesn't specifically mention "incubus" or "sex demons," it does acknowledge the reality of demonic spirits and their ability to influence our thoughts and actions Ephesians 6:12, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places..

To protect yourself, first ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have authority over demonic spirits Mark 16:17, These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages.. If you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

Pray daily, putting on the full armor of God Ephesians 6:10-18, Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. Rebuke any impure spirits in the name of Jesus, commanding them to leave your presence. It's also important to avoid any media or entertainment that may be opening a door to these influences.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear sister, as you navigate through this unsettling experience. We are honored that you have shared your burden with us and have given us the privilege to intercede on your behalf.

We pray that the Lord has granted you peace and reassurance over the past few days. If you have experienced a breakthrough or received any kind of relief or answer, we would be eager to hear your praise report and rejoice with you. Your testimony could be a great encouragement to others who may be going through similar trials.

However, if you find that you are still struggling with these experiences, we want you to know that you are not alone. Please do not hesitate to share your request again, and allow us to continue standing in the gap for you. We believe that the power of persistent prayer is immense, and we are committed to petitioning the throne of grace on your behalf.

As you wait upon the Lord, we pray that He will surround you with His hedge of protection. We pray in the mighty name ! We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn.
