I feel like I can breathe, eat or sleep, help

So as some may know I recently had a falling out with my boyfriend of over a year, I have had a life of struggles with my ex-husband who was abusive. I prayed so much to find the one and I feel I did, however, my insecurities and the enemy have messed things up for me. I am ###, I have a child with autism. My life has been very tough. I never thought I would find a love to beautiful and pure. I managed to mess things up so badly that I am ashamed of my behavior and jealousness. I don't know how to make this better. I have been praying hard and giving him his space, however, space is one thing, and ghosting and no contact are completely different. I want to move past this and speak with him, I have been doing a lot of thinking, praying, and self-analyzing and I know what I need to change and what I need him to change to help me feel more secure loved, and appreciated. My ex used to tell me, you will never find anyone, you are fat and have an autistic child, no one will want you. I feel those words still live in the back of my mind and I feel like I am not good enough or do not deserve and one day this will be too much and they will walk away, please pray for me, pray to keep the enemy away and God close. I want it to be his will, and if this is not for me, so be it. I need a resolution soon. I have been unable to eat since Saturday night and can't sleep or focus. I feel I am suffering physically and I just need to know If I need to let go or I pray God enlightens me and helps me understand soon where we stand because I have to enter into healing mode and let him go but this waiting around and not knowing what is going through his mind I slowly killing me, Friends I gave him space since Saturday, I have heard from him since Monday morning, Do I text him tomorrow to ask him to talk or do I let him be? I feel like I can't breath and dont want end up making myself sick. Please pray for clarity and reconciliation if it is God's will. Thank you

Regarding your relationship, we must align our desires with God's will. It's encouraging that you've been praying and reflecting on your actions. Remember, "All things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28, WEB).

However, we must address a few things. It's crucial to engage in relationships that honor God. If you and your boyfriend have been engaging in behaviors that go against biblical teachings, such as premarital sex, it's important to repent and turn away from that. God designed sex to be enjoyed within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. Furthermore, it's concerning that you mention having a boyfriend rather than pursuing a godly marriage. We encourage you to pray and seek God's will for a future spouse, rather than just a companion.

We also want to address the fear and insecurity that stems from your past. Know that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). The words of your ex-husband do not define you. God sees you as precious and valued. Trust in Him, not in the words of man.

In your current situation, it's wise to give space, but it's also important to communicate openly and honestly. We suggest reaching out to him, not to beg or plead, but to express your heart and what you've learned. However, be prepared for whatever outcome, trusting that God is in control.

Give her wisdom in her actions and words. Lord, if it is Your will, we pray for reconciliation, for a godly relationship that honors You. But above all, we pray for Your will to be done. Help her to find her worth in You, and You alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it's by the name of Jesus that we are saved and have access to God. "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12, WEB). Trust in Him, and know that His love for you is everlasting.
