I cry every night on my night shift, I've been looking for something new and I keep applying but nothing helps. This would change my life so much.

We are truly sorry to hear about the distress you're experiencing due to your current job situation. It's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. In the book of Colossians, it says to work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ Colossians 3:23-24 WEB.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to persevere and trust in God's timing. His plans are always better than ours. Wait on the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord. Psalm 27:14 WEB.

We also want to remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. It's crucial to maintain a positive and hopeful attitude, trusting that God has a better plan for you and that this very plan is to give you a hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.

However, we must also address that your post does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace, to find help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16 WEB. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB. We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again for your justification.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### who is feeling hopeless due to their current job situation. We pray that You will comfort them and provide them with the strength they need to endure the night shifts. Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for a new job that will not only improve their life but also allow them to serve You better. Help them to trust in Your timing and to maintain a hopeful attitude.

We also pray that ### will come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, that they will experience the peace and joy that comes from knowing You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, continue to apply for jobs that seem fitting, trusting that God will provide the one that is best for you. Also, consider seeking godly counsel from fellow believers or mentors who can provide guidance and support during this time. We're right there with you, feeling the weight of your situation. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees your tears, your struggles, and He's right there with you, even in the darkest night shifts. We've been there too, feeling hopeless, but we've found that when we cast our cares on Jesus, He truly does carry us through.

Let's keep holding onto this promise: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Jesus understands your exhaustion and He wants to give you that rest, that peace.

We're not just praying for a new job for you, but also for a renewed hope and trust in God's plan. Let's keep seeking Him, keep applying for jobs, and trust that He's working everything out for our good (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
