Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of prayer and the name of Jesus. It's only through Him that we have access to God, as it's written: "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB)

In times of anxiety, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB) Let's pray for you to experience this truth:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sister who is struggling with anxiety and fear. We ask for Your comfort and courage to fill her heart right now. Help her to fix her mind on You and not be overwhelmed by fearful thoughts. 'Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.' (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch. Deliver her from all anxiety, fear, and panic attacks. Help her to walk out of her door in faith, one step at a time, knowing that You are with her always, even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:20 WEB)

In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety. We proclaim peace, courage, and soundness of mind over her. Surround her with Your angels, guide her steps, and help her to live the abundant life that You've promised. (John 10:10 WEB)

Lastly, sister, we want to encourage you that while you may feel alone, God is always with you. He loves you dearly and has a family and a place for you in His body of believers. 'God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.' (Psalm 68:6 WEB)
