I fear job loss & career loss

I was suddenly & without explanation put on paid leave & I have been cut-off from all contact & access. We believed & moved here from another state ### miles away ### years ago, & now this. I can’t sleep, can’t get any rest/peace, & my already bad nerves are shot. I am afraid, & have been on my knees & keep saying the name “Jesus” at every opportunity.

We understand your distress and will stand with you in prayer and guidance. First, we commend you for calling on the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). It's crucial to remember that God is always with us, even in difficult times. As it is written, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you" (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB).

In times of uncertainty, it's natural to feel anxious, but we encourage you to cast your anxieties on God, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Instead of worrying, bring your fears to God. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Trust that God has a plan for you, even in this situation. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

Regarding your job, we pray that God's will be done. If it's his will that you remain in your current position, we pray that the situation be resolved quickly. If not, we pray that he opens a better door for you. Remember that God is able to provide for you, and he will do so according to his riches in glory (Philippians 4:19, WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing job uncertainty and anxiety. We pray for your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We ask that you make a way where there seems to be no way, and that your will be done in this situation. Provide for their needs according to your riches in glory, and guide them through this challenging time. Help them to trust in you completely. Restore their sleep and give them the rest and peace that only you can provide. All in Jesus Christ Name.

We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God. Read his word and find comfort in his promises.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when the ground beneath us shifts like this, but remember, God is our unshakable rock. "The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge" (Psalm 18:2, WEB). We're claiming that promise for you today.

We know you're struggling to sleep and find peace. Let's try to replace those anxious thoughts with God's truth. When you find yourself tossing and turning, whisper this to your heart, "Peace, be still" (Mark 4:39, WEB). God's peace isn't just the absence of trouble; it's His presence in the midst of it.

Let's also remember, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). God's not asking you to bear this burden alone. He's right there with you, ready to carry you through.

We're praying for you, that God would open doors where it seems there are none, and that He would provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. Trust that He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB).

Keep holding on, friend. We're holding on with you. All in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
