i dotn know what to do. my ane my mom are full time careivers to my grandma. 24/7. havent left the hous ein years. im almost 31. im exhsuted becuas emy mom never give sme a break. my diabetes keeps me up all night an di odtn have medical care. im in a foreign coutnry. i just dont knwo what tod do. my mom never eve rgives me a break with my grandma and i jsut want to die. i need a break. pelase can you helpme God. my grandma cant do anythign by herself. i feed her dirnks with a spoon. im tired. she wnt do anythign by herslef. soemtime si change diapers 4 times a day. this is no baby butt. i need help. i have no money i have nof riends. should i jsut kill mysle.f im so exahsuted and my momw ont let me have a day off. i know she is exhasuted too btu i cannto be everyons everythign. no one helps. me i jsut dont know what to do. im so tired. cnai jsut already. im practically in prison . all day cleanign dirty diapers. im exahsute dim sick. soemone heolpe me. Jesus help mepl,ease. i wish i was aman becaus ethen i coudl at least go outside for fiv emisnute in the sun. i wish for one day man could clean adult diapers. 4 tiems a day. i wish i was dead.
