I don't know why I still believe in Jesus when nothing is happening, you only prosper the wicked and the rich. I am poor now but you have neglected me I have prayed for a job but you ignore me. I don't know why I keep believing, Jesus, if you are real please give me a permanent job ok as a business analyst and do not neglect me anymore.

We understand your feelings of discouragement, ###, but we want to remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). It's encouraging that you're still holding onto your belief in Jesus, even when you feel like nothing is happening. Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He is faithful.

Firstly, let's address the feeling that God is neglecting you. God promises in His word that He will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Even when we don't see immediate answers to our prayers, God is working behind the scenes. Likewise, God does not show favoritism, but His blessings are for all who believe in Him (Romans 2:11, WEB).

Regarding your job search, God knows your needs and desires. He encourages us to ask, seek, and knock (Matthew 7:7, WEB). His Word also says that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up ###. Lord, we ask that You comfort him in his feelings of discouragement. Strengthen his faith and help him to trust in Your perfect timing. Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for him to secure a permanent job as a business analyst. We know that You have a good and perfect plan for his life, and we claim Your promise that You will supply all his needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray.
