I don't know why I must suffer every night from my noisy ###.

Please pray. Third day in the row I must pay for the cab because I cannot get up. My neighbours are noisy sometimes till 4.30. (hitting with furniture, walking loud, yelling...) I tried talking with them, talking with police, nothing... I have in plan a new apartment, but it may take a time. I am desperate.
