I dont know why i must suffer every night from my noisy neughbours

Please pray. Third day in the row i Will must pay for the cab because i cannot get up. My neighbours are noisy sometimes till 4.30. (hitting with fourniture, walking loud, yelling...)I tried talking with them, talking with police, nothing...i have in plan a New appartement, but it May take a time. i am desperate.
