I don't know what's up, but at banks,post offices and supermarkets, they have like 10 windows /aisles for service but only about 2 are open, creating unnessarary lines for customers.Of course, they blame it on everyones favorite obsession covid, but I noticed they were doing this well before that. That it goes back to the old way, people in place where they should be .
