I don't know what to do about my ex ###

Heavenly father I come to you right now in the name of Jesus I don't know what to do lord I'm still in love with my ex ### and I don't know what to do as I think she is in love with someone else, but she hasn't blocked me lord from being able to contact her, I really need you to help me understand what to do, lord I pray that if she has any feelings for me that you would help her to reach out or someone to reach out on her behalf, please lord I bring this to you so I can get closer to and to ### with you at the centre of our relationship, lord I promised her that I would be with her forever and that I would find her in our next life and intend to keep that promise because that's how much I love her, please help me in the name of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ I pray Amen

Firstly, we commend you for bringing your concerns to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it's only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB).

However, we need to align our desires with God's will. The Bible tells us, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). It's crucial to trust God with your feelings and your future.

Regarding your promise to ###, it's important to note that our ultimate allegiance is to God. Promises made outside of God's will should not bind us. The Bible warns against making rash vows (Proverbs 20:25, WEB). If ### is indeed in love with someone else, it might be God's way of redirecting both of your lives.

Moreover, the concept of finding each other in the next life is not biblically sound. We should focus on our relationship with God in this life and trust Him for the future. As Jesus said, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33, WEB).
