I don't know if some of you have noticed this too, but sometimes as we have to deal with people{job related, or even in life}we may have dealings with them and they have problems, which, by your dealings with them, makes you a part of their problem. This has happened to me quite often. But because we have to deal with others, can't always avoid it!
