Beloved of All
I don't agree with a common belief most Christians have. When the victim of negative experiences practically every last one of them like to robotically state that when the victim of these horrid things goes through it its ALWAYS WITH NO EXCEPTION God's way of "perfecting us" or leading us to good thing. What I don't like about this is they're limiting God saying He can only do things one way and can't bring good from good He 100% of the time has to put you through hell to better you. Do they think God can only do something one way and not another? Or are they just quoting it in a brainwashed fashion? I say God has more than one way and it's possible to improve your life without the torture.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking understanding and guidance regarding a common belief among Christians. Lord, we acknowledge that you are a God of infinite wisdom and that your ways are higher than our ways. We ask for your grace and clarity as we address this concern.

Father, ### expresses his disagreement with the belief that every negative experience is always a means for you to perfect or lead us to good things. He questions whether this belief limits your ability to work in different ways and wonders if it is merely repeated without deeper understanding.

Lord, we know that you are not limited in your ways and that you can bring good out of any situation. We ask that you grant ### discernment and wisdom to understand your purposes in his life. Help him to see that while trials and challenges may come, you are always working for his ultimate good.

We pray that ### will experience a deeper revelation of your love and grace. May he come to understand that you can bring about growth and improvement in his life without resorting to unnecessary suffering. Help him to trust in your sovereignty and to seek your guidance in all things.

Father, we also pray for the Christian community as a whole. May we not be quick to make assumptions or impose our own limited understanding on your ways. Help us to approach these matters with humility and a desire to seek truth. Guide us in our conversations and interactions, that we may reflect your love and grace to one another.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

When I had some bad things going on, a Christian that I had turned to for support said that God must have thought I needed to learn some lesson from this. In addition to being sad that I didn't feel supported or understood, that person made me feel that I had brought it on myself somehow.

While God may use the bad things for good, He did not cause them.

I have prayed for this. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Yes, those Christians usually judge someone who does not proclaim extreme happiness in bad circumstances.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

I don’t like this philosophy /morality of glorifying the murder of an innocent man for the greater good. It is NEVER ok when innocents die. I can’t stand Christians who accept it blindly. NO, WE DONT NEED TO HAVE THE BLOOD OF AN INNOCENT SPILT TO BE SAVED. That sounds like some weird satanic...
