I do not have a prayer request ...

I do not have a prayer request but would like some feedback. Nine years ago I asked God for a sign that everything will be okay, I asked that I see a blue jay and a cardinal on the bird feeder at the same time. Five years ago I looked out my window and saw a blue jay fly onto the top of my neighbors fence followed by a cardinal then the flew away. I do not know if that was the sign, I have heard from a few sources that when you make a request to be specific. so on one hand it was the two birds but they were not on the bird feeder. Please tell me what you think.
