The kids got their jobs via nepotism. The look at us poor people like we are dispensable. honestly i wanna get rich and be able to employ people but give them respect at the same time.

We understand your frustration and the hurt you've experienced due to the unfair treatment at your workplace. It's important to remember that God sees all things and has a purpose even in our trials. Let's align our hearts with His word and pray through this situation together.
The Bible tells us in James 2:1-4 (WEB), "My brothers, don’t hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ of glory with partiality. For if a man with a gold ring, in fine clothing, comes into your synagogue, and a poor man in filthy clothing also comes in; and you pay special attention to him who wears the fine clothing, and say, 'Sit here in a good place;' and you tell the poor man, 'Stand there,' or 'Sit by my footstool' haven’t you shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts?"
We must not let the sin of others cause us to harbor bitterness or adopt their wrong attitudes. Instead, let's pray for a heart that desires righteousness and treats others with kindness and respect, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who feels despised and mistreated. Lord, we ask that You heal their heart from any bitterness or resentment, and help them to forgive as You have forgiven us.
We pray for their workplace, that You would soften the hearts of those in authority and help them see the value in every employee. Give our brother/sister the strength to endure, and guide them to a new opportunity if that is Your will.
Lord, we also ask that You provide for their needs, that they may be a blessing to others as You have blessed them. Help them to be a light in the darkness, showing love and respect to all they encounter.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10, WEB). Strive to be rich in good works, generous, and ready to share with others (1 Timothy 6:18, WEB). God sees your faithfulness and will reward you accordingly. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
