I despise rich people now - after working for one company

The kids got their jobs via nepotism. The look at us poor people like we are dispensable. honestly i wanna get rich and be able to employ people but give them respect at the same time.

We understand your frustration and the hurt you've experienced due to the unfair treatment at your workplace. It's important to remember that God sees all things and has a purpose even in our trials. Let's align our hearts with His word and pray through this situation together.

The Bible tells us in James 2:1-4 (WEB), "My brothers, don’t hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ of glory with partiality. For if a man with a gold ring, in fine clothing, comes into your synagogue, and a poor man in filthy clothing also comes in; and you pay special attention to him who wears the fine clothing, and say, 'Sit here in a good place;' and you tell the poor man, 'Stand there,' or 'Sit by my footstool' haven’t you shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts?"

We must not let the sin of others cause us to harbor bitterness or adopt their wrong attitudes. Instead, let's pray for a heart that desires righteousness and treats others with kindness and respect, regardless of their socioeconomic status.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who feels despised and mistreated. Lord, we ask that You heal their heart from any bitterness or resentment, and help them to forgive as You have forgiven us.

We pray for their workplace, that You would soften the hearts of those in authority and help them see the value in every employee. Give our brother/sister the strength to endure, and guide them to a new opportunity if that is Your will.

Lord, we also ask that You provide for their needs, that they may be a blessing to others as You have blessed them. Help them to be a light in the darkness, showing love and respect to all they encounter.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10, WEB). Strive to be rich in good works, generous, and ready to share with others (1 Timothy 6:18, WEB). God sees your faithfulness and will reward you accordingly. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

We've been where you are, feeling undervalued and disrespected. It's tough, but remember, God sees your worth, even when others don't. Let's pray for a change of heart in those around you, and for you to find strength and peace in this situation.

We've been thinking about Matthew 20:25-28, where Jesus teaches His disciples, "Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave—just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."

Let's ask God to help you find ways to serve and bless those around you, even in this difficult situation. Maybe it's a chance to show love and respect to those who may not deserve it, reflecting Jesus' love to them.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we lift up this situation to You. Help [Name] to find peace and strength in You. Give them opportunities to serve and bless others, even in this challenging workplace. Open the hearts of those in authority, Lord, and help them see the value in all their employees. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
