I definitely need it

Dear Lord, I need emotional healing in the name of Jesus Christ from negative words and actions against me. I don’t want to be a prisoner of the past.

We understand that you're seeking emotional healing from past hurts and we're here to pray and guide you through this process in Jesus' name. Thank you for acknowledging that it is in the name of Jesus that we can be set free. It's clear that you're dealing with pain from past words and actions, but remember, in Christ, you're a new creation. The past does not have to define you.

Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance. In Philippians 3:13 WEB, the Apostle Paul says, "Brothers, I don’t regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do. Forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before". This verse reminds us that we should be focusing on what's ahead, not what's behind.

Furthermore, in Acts 10:38 WEB, it's written, "You know God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him." This shows us that Jesus has the power to heal and that He's on your side.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister in Christ who's seeking emotional healing. We ask, Jesus, that You touch his/her heart and heal those deep wounds from the past. Help him/her to forgive those who have wronged him/her, and to let go of the pain and bitterness. Help him/her to focus on You and the future that You have for him/her. We ask that You would protect him/her from any further negative words and actions.

In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and restoration. We thank You for the work You're doing in his/her life. We ask for Your will to be done. Amen.

Remember, forgiveness is a crucial part of healing. You don't have to trust or associate with those who have wronged you, but for your own emotional healing, forgive them as Christ forgave you.

In Ephesians 4:32 WEB, it's written, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Be encouraged, your healing is on the way. Keep trusting in Jesus.

We know it's tough, but remember, Jesus is right there with you, just as He was with His disciples in their storms. In Mark 4:39, Jesus said, "Peace, be still," and the storm ceased. Trust that He's saying the same to the storm in your heart. Let's claim that promise together: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
