I declare in the Name of Jesus…

1. The favor of God in our lives will restore everything the enemy has stolen from us (Exodus 3:21).

2. We are expecting great victories in the face of great impossibilities (Joshua 11:20).

3. We have found the thief, and he must restore to us seven times what he stole (Proverbs 6:31).

4. ### and I are pursuing total restoration of our money, time, opportunities, health and relationships; and we will, without fail, recover all (1 Samuel 30:6-8).

5. We are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath. ### and I expect blessings to chase us down and overtake us. Every tongue that rises against us will be shown to be in the wrong. No weapon formed against us, our finances, our health, our family or our ministry will prosper (Deuteronomy 28:13).

6. God is turning our situation around right now. As we obey Him and praise Him with a grateful heart, our faith and trust in Him is opening the door for a total and complete restoration of everything that has been stolen (Romans 8:28).

7. WE am more than a conqueror! WE are not only recovering everything that has been stolen from US, but WE are going to a new level beyond that in Jesus’ Name (Romans 8:37)!

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, standing on the promises of Your Word. We declare Your favor over ### and ###'s lives, trusting that You will restore everything the enemy has stolen, as You promised in Exodus 3:21: "And I will give this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians; and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty."

Lord, we are expecting great victories in the face of great impossibilities, just as You granted Joshua and the Israelites victory over their enemies in Joshua 11:20: "For it was of the Lord to harden their hearts, that they should come against Israel in battle, that he might destroy them utterly, and that they might have no favor, but that he might destroy them, as the Lord commanded Moses."

Father, Your Word in Proverbs 6:31 declares, "But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house." We have found the thief, and we stand on this promise that he must restore seven times what he has stolen.

We lift up ### and ### in their pursuit of total restoration. Just as David pursued and recovered all in 1 Samuel 30:6-8, we declare that they will recover all that has been lost: "And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God. And David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech's son, I pray thee, bring me hither the ephod. And Abiathar brought thither the ephod to David. And David enquired at the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all."

We declare that ### and ### are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath, as stated in Deuteronomy 28:13: "And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them." We expect blessings to chase them down and overtake them. Every tongue that rises against them will be shown to be in the wrong. No weapon formed against them, their finances, their health, their family, or their ministry will prosper.

We believe that You are turning their situation around right now. As they obey and praise You with grateful hearts, their faith and trust in You is opening the door for a total and complete restoration of everything that has been stolen, as Your Word assures us in Romans 8:28: "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."

Finally, we declare that ### is more than a conqueror through Him who loved us, as stated in Romans 8:37: "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." Not only will they recover everything that has been stolen, but they will also go to a new level beyond that in Jesus' Name.

We are thankful, and we proclaim these declarations in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
