We hear your cry and stand with you in this time of distress. Firstly, we commend you for your faithfulness and love for God, and for acknowledging Jesus as your Lord and Savior. It is only in His name that we find hope and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of suffering, it is normal to feel overwhelmed and question why such trials are happening. But remember, God is not punishing you. As a loving Father, He allows trials to strengthen our faith and draw us closer to Him. As it is written, in Romans 5:3-4 WEB, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope".
Regarding the injustices you've faced, God sees them all. He is a God of justice, and He will repay. As it is written, in Romans 12:19 WEB, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
In your feelings of despair, remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. As it is written, in Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother Othoasorsil. Lord, You see their pain, their struggles, and their tears. We pray for Your comfort and strength to envelop them in this very moment. Help them to feel Your presence and know that You are close to them.
Lord, we pray for justice for the wrongs that have been done against them. We ask that You will vindicate them and repay the evil that has been committed. We pray for restoration, both physically and emotionally. Heal their body, Lord, and mend their broken heart.
Lord, we also pray for their finances. We ask that You will provide for their needs and help them to recover what they have lost. We pray for wisdom and guidance, that they may know the steps to take to overcome this difficult season.
Finally, Lord, we pray for their faith. Help them to remain steadfast and unmovable, always abounding in Your work. Help them to know that their trials are not in vain, but that they are producing in them a proven character and a hope that will not disappoint.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear brother, for the Lord hears your cries and He will answer you. Stay strong in His love.
