Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking your guidance and favor. We lift up their recent interview for the position at ### and ask for your divine intervention in the outcome. Lord, we pray that you would open the doors of opportunity for ### and grant them success in being selected as a permanent staff member at ###.
Your Word reminds us in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will give generously without finding fault. We ask for your wisdom and discernment to be upon ### as they await the result of their interview. Grant them peace and assurance, knowing that you are in control of every situation.
Lord, we also pray for your favor to rest upon ### during the selection process. May their qualifications, skills, and experience be recognized and valued by the decision-makers. We pray that you would align their desires with your perfect will, and if it is your plan, grant them the opportunity to serve as a permanent staff member at ###.
Above all, we acknowledge that your plans for ### are good and that you have a purpose for their life. We trust in your sovereignty and ask that you would guide them along the path that leads to their highest potential and fulfillment in you.
