I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. We lift up their desire to be selected and become a permanent staff at ###. Lord, we ask for your favor and guidance in this situation. Your Word says in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We pray that you would grant ###'s heart's desire according to your perfect will.
Lord, we ask that you open the doors of opportunity for ### and grant them success in their interview. We pray for the release of the interview results, that they may receive the news of being selected as a permanent staff at ###. We trust in your divine timing and believe that you have a plan and purpose for ###'s life.
We declare your glory and sovereignty over this situation, knowing that you are in control of all things. We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. May your will be done in ###'s life, and may you be glorified through this process.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
