Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Agogeusma. Lord, he is struggling with the weight gain from eating two double hamburgers from Burger King and is feeling the burden of those extra 15 lbs. We ask for Your guidance and strength for Agogeusma as he seeks to make healthier choices and take care of the body You have given him.
Your Word says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are to honor You with our bodies. Help Agogeusma to find the discipline and motivation to make positive changes in his diet and lifestyle. Grant him the wisdom to make choices that will lead to better health and well-being.
Lord, we also ask for Your peace to fill his heart, knowing that You are with him every step of the way. Philippians 4:13 reminds us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. May Agogeusma lean on Your strength and not his own as he embarks on this journey.
