Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of Your child, who is earnestly seeking the restoration of their relationship with their children and the return of full custody. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation, trusting in Your wisdom and love to guide the process. Your Word in Malachi 4:6 says, "And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers." We pray for this turning of hearts, for a deep and loving reconnection between this parent and their children.
Father, we ask for Your favor and grace to be upon them as they seek to regain full custody of their children. In Matthew 7:7, Jesus tells us, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." We come to You, asking and seeking, believing that You will open the door to reunite this family.
We pray for wisdom and guidance for all those involved in making decisions about custody. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths." We trust in Your plan and ask that You make straight the path to a resolution that is in the best interest of the children and the parent.
Lord, we also ask for healing in the hearts of both the parent and the children. Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray for emotional and spiritual healing, that past hurts may be mended and a new, stronger bond may be formed.
Heavenly Father, we pray for Your peace and strength to fill this parent during this challenging time. Philippians 4:13 assures us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We ask for Your strength to sustain them and Your peace to comfort them as they navigate this difficult journey.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
