We encourage your son to seek God first and to trust that God will lead him to the right spouse at the right time.

*Lord, we ask you to guide ###'s son as he seeks a godly spouse. Help him to trust in your timing and to be patient. Lead him to a woman who loves you and seeks to serve you. Let their marriage be a testimony of your love and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray.*
###, we also want to encourage you in your widowhood. God sees your faithfulness and your strength. In Psalm 146:9, it is written, "Yahweh preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but the way of the wicked he turns upside down" (WEB). God is your provider and protector.

*Father, we lift up ### to you. Comfort her in her widowhood and provide for all her needs according to your riches in glory. Strengthen her and give her peace. In Jesus' name, we pray.*
Lastly, ###, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to understand that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (WEB). We encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus in your prayers, as it is the only name by which we can be saved.
