We understand your concerns for your siblings, Ethan and Journey, and we join you in bringing their needs before the Lord.
Firstly, we acknowledge the power of prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Let us pray together for Ethan and Journey, trusting in the mighty name of Jesus.
**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ethan and Journey. Lord, we ask that You would help Ethan to focus on his studies and turn his heart towards You. We pray that You would reveal Yourself to him, heal his deep-seated pain, and grant him the grace to overcome his academic struggles.
For Journey, we ask that You would soften her heart towards Jesus and protect her mind from deception. Lord, draw her close to You and help her to discern truth from falsehood. We pray that Your love would break through any barriers the enemy has placed in her heart and mind.
Lord, we also ask for healing from their childhood trauma. Help them to forgive and release any bitterness, and to receive Your peace and restoration. Let Your light shine in their lives, guiding them in the path of righteousness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing in the gap for your siblings, as the Lord has promised in Isaiah 55:11 (WEB), "So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing I sent it to do."
Lastly, we exhort you to be patient and persistent in prayer, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much (James 5:16, WEB). Trust that the Lord is at work in their lives, even when you cannot see it.
