I am very unhappy in the house neighborhood and area

I am very unhappy in the house neighborhood and area I live in. I asked my husband to look for another house multiple times but he continues to refuse that I am at the point that I don't even have the energy to keep discussing the topic with him because it is leading no where. This situation is causing me great sadness and depression and I don't know what else to do beside Pray but God is not answering my prayers. Please pray for this situation. Thank you.
