I am terrified that I have cancer. A place on my foot was biopsied by a derm on my request...still waiting for results for over a week. I'm also getting an ultrasound on my lymph nodes tomorrow because I'm concerned they are swollen. My anxiety and depression is crippling me at the moment, and all I can seem to do is worry myself sick. I have a husband and a 9-year-old twin who need me, but I can barely function to be there for them. I continue to humbly ask for prayers that I do not have cancer, and for my mental health to get better. Thank you so much.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts full of concern and anxiety, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, You know the fear and uncertainty that ### is facing right now, waiting for biopsy results and dealing with the overwhelming worry about swollen lymph nodes. We ask for Your divine intervention and healing touch upon ###’s body.

Father, Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that ### feels Your peace that surpasses all understanding, calming the storm of anxiety and depression.

Lord, we ask for Your strength to be upon ###, enabling this person to be there for the husband and children who need support. Isaiah 41:10 (WEB) says, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Hold ### up, Lord, and provide the strength needed to face each day with courage and hope.

We humbly ask for favorable results from the biopsy and ultrasound, trusting in Your healing power. We pray for the doctors and medical professionals involved, that they may have wisdom and clarity in their actions and decisions.

May ### find comfort in Your presence and reassurance in Your promises. Help this person to cast all worries upon You, knowing that You care deeply. We stand on the promise of Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
