I am struggling regulating my emotions during the break

I am struggling regulating my emotions during the break up of my family. Please pray that the Lord would heal me and helps me overcome this difficult time.

Please pray that the Lord helps me to ground myself. That he steadies my feet and helps me be solid while I wait for his healing to come to every area of my life. That he heals my emotions.
