Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up ### and the precious marriage that has endured for ### years. We know that marriage is a sacred covenant, designed by You to reflect the love between Christ and the Church. As it is written in Ephesians 5:31-32, "For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh. This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church."
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for a miracle, that the love and commitment that once flourished in this marriage may be restored. Touch the hearts of both partners, softening them and filling them with a renewed sense of love, patience, and understanding. As it is said in 1 Corinthians 13:7, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
Father, we know that with You, all things are possible. We ask that You heal any wounds, remove any bitterness, and replace it with forgiveness and grace. Help this couple to communicate openly and honestly, and to seek You in all their decisions. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."
We pray for strength and perseverance for ###, that faith in Your power and love remains steadfast. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
