I am starting to see a change in my son

Anonymous, we are here with you in prayer, lifting up your son and your family before the throne of grace.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God hears your cry, and He cares about every detail of your son's life. In Psalm 34:18, WEB, it is written, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We pray that God would heal any depression and loneliness your son is feeling. May the joy of the Lord be his strength, and may the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, guard his heart and his mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).

As you seek to understand your son more, we pray that God would give you wisdom and discernment. In James 1:5, WEB, it says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Remember, God has entrusted your son to you, and He will equip you with everything you need to guide and love him well.

We also lift up your whole family. In Ephesians 3:14-19, WEB, it is written, "For this cause, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God." May each member of your amazing family know how much they are loved, not only by you but, most importantly, by God.

Finally, we want to encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and keep lifting your family up to the Lord. He is faithful, and He will hear your prayers.
