I am starting a new business venture ...

I am starting a new business venture and career change as my children have all either left or college or leaving soon for college. I am nervous about my new career challenge but I trust the lord will guide me and it will be successful.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up our dear friend who is embarking on a new business venture and career change. As the children transition to college and new chapters in their lives, we ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom for this new journey.

Lord, Your Word in Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." We pray that this trust in You grows stronger each day, and that the path ahead is illuminated by Your light.

We also hold on to the promise found in Jeremiah 29:11, where You declare, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." May these words bring comfort and assurance, knowing that Your plans are always good and filled with hope.

Father, we pray for the courage to face this new challenge with confidence and faith. May Your Holy Spirit provide the strength and perseverance needed to overcome any obstacles that may arise. Let this venture be a testament to Your faithfulness and provision.

In Philippians 4:13, it is written, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We claim this promise and ask that You empower our friend with the necessary skills, knowledge, and opportunities to succeed in this new career.

Lord, we also ask for Your blessings upon the family during this time of transition. May there be peace, understanding, and support as everyone adjusts to the new dynamics.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the assurance that You are always with us. We place this new venture in Your hands, trusting that You will guide and bless it according to Your perfect will.
