I am requesting prayers for myself and my friend who work at the same company. Sometimes it is difficult supporting these teams. The CEO can be difficult too. I am praying we earn their trust, we develop stronger relationship with them, the CEO backs off and gives us a chance and is more appreciative of our efforts. Like it would be nice to get an email or verbal thank you eben though it is not something we expect. Also with one of the directors, that person seems sneaky so hoping that person doesn"t throw us under the bus. It would also be nice if the CEO and upper management would back us up more.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Tewayeth and their friend who work at the same company. Lord, You know the challenges they face in supporting their teams and the difficulties they encounter with their CEO. We ask for Your divine intervention to help them earn the trust of their colleagues and develop stronger relationships within their workplace.

Father, we pray that the CEO would back off and give Tewayeth and their friend a chance to prove their capabilities. May the CEO become more appreciative of their efforts, offering words of encouragement and gratitude, even if it is not something they expect.

Lord, we also lift up the situation with one of the directors who seems sneaky. We pray for protection over Tewayeth and their friend, that they would not be thrown under the bus or unfairly blamed. Grant them wisdom and discernment to navigate these challenges with integrity and grace.

We ask that the CEO and upper management would back them up more, providing the support and recognition they need to thrive in their roles. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus .

Jesus Christ scan the company from the ground on up on what it is dying of want for. When there are others that abuse the class and ranks of a business, You can reorganize it to who suits the parts to take care of existential roles. The Story of Joseph and His Brother reminds You that when gifted, sometimes the ones near us can repulse us. However, in the end, you repaid Joseph for his brillant mind and sedulous work to rule as a governer of Egypt as well as repatch the relationship with his brother. Amen.
