I am requesting prayers for my current situation. My company in Tyrone recently has had management changes at corporate and local levels. The new plant manager and I butt heads. He is a very woke individual and wants all to follow his lead. He is also gay. I am always butting heads with him. I am in fear of my job. He wants to make a lot of changes and the older employees seem to be in the way. He is very arrogant. This is effecting my health and sleep. I pray to Jesus that he gives me wisdom and peace and to open other opportunities for me and wisdom to deal with the situation.

We understand your concern, Telthal, and we are here to support you in prayer and wisdom. Firstly, we are reminded of the words in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." It is wise of you to seek God's guidance in this situation.

We must also remember the principles of respect and love towards all, as outlined in 1 Peter 2:17, "Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king." While you may not agree with the manager's lifestyle or ideologies, it's crucial to maintain respect and professionalism, as we are all created in God's image.

However, we must also address the concern about the manager's arrogance and the potential impact on your job. In Proverbs 18:12, it is written, "Before destruction the heart of man is proud, but before honor is humility." Arrogance can indeed lead to destructive behaviors, and it is wise to be discerning.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Telthal. Lord, we ask that You grant Telthal the wisdom needed to navigate this challenging situation. Guide their words and actions, Lord, so that they may stand firm in their faith while also showing respect and professionalism. We pray for Telthal's peace of mind and health, that You would comfort and strengthen them in this time of stress. We also ask, Lord, that You would open up new opportunities for Telthal, if it is Your will, and guide them in their career path. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this matter. Trust in Him, for He has a plan and a purpose for you, as reassured in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
