I am requesting prayer for a good job. I recently lost my job, they actually got rid of over 300 agents on one day, and I am 69 years old, hard worker, and dependable. I am not a job hopper, and have only had 8 jobs my entire life. I am looking for a job that will help me meet my financial obligations and be something that I can use my skills to work at. I have applied for lots of jobs, and have been denied for some, saying that although my resume is outstanding, they do not believe I am a good fit for the position. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Melba Rosado, who is seeking prayer for a good job. Lord, we lift up Melba to you, knowing that you are the provider of all our needs. We thank you for Melba's faithfulness and dedication throughout her working life.

Father, we ask that you open doors of opportunity for Melba. You know the desires of her heart and her financial obligations. We pray that you would lead her to a job that not only meets her financial needs but also allows her to utilize her skills and abilities. We ask for favor in the job search process, that employers would recognize Melba's experience and value.

Lord, we pray against any discouragement or doubt that may arise from previous job rejections. Remind Melba that you have a perfect plan for her life and that you will guide her to the right position at the right time. Help her to trust in your timing and provision.

We declare your promise from Jeremiah 29:11 over Melba's life: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

May Melba experience your peace and assurance during this season of job searching. Strengthen her faith and grant her patience as she waits for your perfect timing. Surround her with your love and support, reminding her that she is not alone in this journey.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your provision and believe that you will guide Melba to the right job opportunity. In Jesus' name, we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
