I am renting a cabin from a born again Christian family. Every summer we have the same problem. They go away a lot on different trips, and people from their church or distant acquaintances decide that it is OK to take up their open invitation to use the property. (we live on a lake and so there are boats, a dock, etc) My main problem is a woman names Loretta. She shows up without warning, with a huge group of people, uses all of the facilities, parks on our dock, uses my boathouse deck(which is included in my rent) etc. It is extremely stressful for my family, because of the amount of noise, running around, mess she creates. I cannot even have any friends over during the summer because she has been so rude to them, they no longer feel comfortable. Although, I have tried to broach this subject with the lanlord, they don't seem to get why this bothers me. Whenever we are getting ready to go down to the dock to barbecue, it will happen that Loretta's boat will be pulling up, parking at our edock and an instant party breaks out with no notice. Please pray that God will find a way to make this stop.
