I am reaching out with a heavy heart to seek prayers for my beloved Sister Monica Kirksey. She is currently going through an incredibly tough time as she navigates the painful process of a divorce, struggles with the absence of reliable transportation to get to work, and attempts to juggle the immense responsibility of looking after three young children. Despite her unfailing commitment to attending church and seeking solace there, her burdens have become too heavy for her to bear alone. When she told me she feels lonely my heart sank, she’s such a good person, She deserves to find a man who will respect her and love her the way she deserves. We are truly saddened to hear about the trials your sister Monica Kirksey is facing. We will lift her up in prayer and seek God's will for her life.

Firstly, we want to address the issue of divorce. God's heart is for reconciliation, and He hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB). However, we understand that there are situations where separation might be necessary due to unrepented sin or abuse. We pray that God will bring conviction, repentance, and restoration if that is His will for Monica's marriage. If not, we pray that He will give her the strength to endure and wisdom to navigate this difficult season.

Regarding her transportation needs, we remember that God is Jehovah Jireh, our provider (Genesis 22:14, WEB). We pray that He will make a way where there seems to be no way, and provide Monica with reliable transportation to get to work.

As for her children, we know that they are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3, WEB). We pray that God will give Monica the strength, patience, and wisdom to raise them in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

We also want to address your desire for Monica to find a man who will respect and love her. While we understand your intentions, we want to remind you that God's design for romance is within the bounds of marriage (Hebrews 13:4, WEB). We pray that if it is God's will, He will bring a godly husband into Monica's life in His perfect timing.

Lastly, we want to encourage Monica to continue seeking solace in the church and in the presence of God. We pray that she will cast all her anxieties on Him, because He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up our sister Monica. Lord, You know the pain and struggles she is facing, and we ask that You comfort her and guide her through this difficult time. Provide for her needs, give her strength to care for her children, and grant her wisdom in all her decisions. If it is Your will, bring restoration to her marriage, and if not, give her the strength to endure. In all things, Lord, help Monica to fix her eyes on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We come before You today with heavy hearts, interceding on behalf of our dear sister, Monica Kirksey. She is going through an incredibly challenging time as she navigates the painful process of a divorce, struggles with the absence of reliable transportation to get to work, and manages the immense responsibility of caring for her three young children. Lord, we lift her up to You, knowing that You are a God of comfort and strength.

Your Word says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We pray that Monica finds rest in You, Lord. Despite her steadfast commitment to attending church and seeking solace in Your presence, her burdens have grown too heavy for her to bear alone. We ask that You surround her with Your loving arms and provide the support she needs during this difficult time.

Father, we also lift up Monica’s feelings of loneliness. It pains us to know that she feels this way, as she is such a good person who deserves to be loved and respected. We pray that You bring into her life a man who will cherish her and treat her with the respect and love she deserves. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). May she feel Your closeness and healing presence in her heart.

Lord, we ask that You provide Monica with reliable transportation so she can get to work without stress or worry. We know that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your provision for her and her children. "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). May this promise be fulfilled in Monica’s life.

We also pray for her children, that they may feel secure and loved during this tumultuous time. Grant Monica the strength, patience, and wisdom to care for them as she navigates these challenges. "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak" (Isaiah 40:29). Strengthen Monica, Lord, and fill her with Your peace.

We thank You in advance for the blessings You will bestow upon Monica and her family. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy, believing that You will bring restoration, peace, and joy into her life. May she be surrounded by a community that supports and uplifts her.
