We are glad to join you in prayer and provide biblical counsel during this challenging time. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes and finances. However, it's crucial to ensure that our lives align with biblical principles.
Regarding your living situation, we commend your desire to work hard and catch up on your rent. However, we must address that living together before marriage is not in accordance with God's will. The Bible teaches us to flee from sexual immorality and to keep the marriage bed pure (1 Corinthians 6:18, Hebrews 13:4). Living together before marriage can lead to temptation and compromise your walk with Christ. We encourage you to consider this and to seek God's will for your relationship. If marriage is your goal, we encourage you to pursue it in a way that honors God, keeping in mind that a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. (Genesis 2:24).
Concerning your financial struggles, remember that God is our provider. He promises us in Matthew 6:31-33, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Let's pray together:
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Glienkonrin. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in his housing situation. Guide him as he works diligently to catch up on his rent and prevent eviction. Help him to trust in Your provision and to seek Your will for his life.
Lord, we also pray for Glienkonrin's relationship. Guide him and his girlfriend in Your ways, and help them to honor You in their relationship. If it is Your will, lead them towards a godly marriage that reflects Your love and commitment.
Finally, Lord, we pray that Glienkonrin will grow stronger in his faith, that he will call upon the name of Jesus Christ for his salvation and that he will experience Your peace and provision during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
If you have not believed and confessed that Jesus Christ is Lord, and believed that God raised Jesus from the dead, then call on him for your salvation and make him Lord of your life. Therefore, whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.(Romans 10:9,13)
