We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, but we are here to lift you up in prayer and share the truth of God's Word with you.
Firstly, we must address that your prayer is not directed to the true God, as you have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Regarding your health concern, we pray that God will heal you if it is His will. However, we must also address that HIV is primarily transmitted through sexual contact or drug use, not through dreams or spiritual attacks. We encourage you to seek medical help and responsible behavior to prevent further risk. Remember, "Don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB).
For your cousin who turned deaf and lost their job, we pray for their healing and provision. God's Word reassures us that He cares for our needs: "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:25-26 WEB).
For your wife, we pray for God's healing touch upon her body. In all these situations, we encourage you both to trust in God and seek His will.

*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, asking for Your healing touch upon these lives. We pray for healing from HIV, restoration of hearing, and unblocked tubes/fibroid disappearance. We also pray for provision for the cousin who lost their job. above all, we pray that each of them will come to know You as their personal Lord and Savior. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.*
